How to create a database and gather information?
- Either the customer writes their details on the game card or exchanges them for a token. This solution allows you to collect the information at the end of the promotional event.
- Or the customer types their details directly onto the screen, or keyboard.
The POP system can provide several statistics:
Number of players, day and time flow, origin, geolocation... but also email, full personal details.
If the card has been triggered by a number: telephone, loyalty card number.
